Chef Renaud is a traditional pastry chef who brings the authentic flavors and techniques of French cuisine to Seattle. His passion for pastry and food, makes him an indispensable figure in the Puget Sound area.
Renaud has been baking since he was 15 years old. Before moving to Seattle in 2019, Renaud developed his skills in France, working in famous bakeries and pastry shops, and teaching the art of French Pastry in several pastry schools.
