He began his career with formal Pastry training in France, followed by several years working in luxury hotels, mountain resorts, and high-end restaurants across the country. Mickaël’s rapid rise led him to become Head Pastry Chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant, a milestone that refined his creative vision and technical expertise.
