Your Host
This workshop is led by Chef Patrick Morin, co-founder and Pastry Chef of La Parisienne French Bakery, assisted by his team.
Together, Patrick and Christine opened their first bakery in Le Mans, France, before moving to the Paris region. While in Paris, Patrick taught baking classes: it was his own American students who encouraged him to bring his craft to the United States. In 2014, Patrick and Christine followed that dream and opened La Parisienne in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, one of the city's most beloved French institutions.
On the day, Christine Morin, co-founder and owner of La Parisienne, will welcome you personally. Chef Patrick will lead you through every step of the Fraisier. Together, they bring the warmth and passion that have made La Parisienne a Seattle landmark.
