We invite you to step inside one of Seattle’s most celebrated French Pastry Ateliers for an intimate, fully hands-on masterclass led by Chef Renaud Lacipière, Founder and Executive Pastry Chef of The French Guys.

This rare small group workshop is designed as a moment of genuine exchange, sharing, and togetherness. You will actively participate in every step of the process, working side by side with Chef Renaud in a warm, relaxed atmosphere that encourages questions, discussion, and direct learning.

Together, you will make, handle, pipe, assemble, and taste a refined Paris-Brest filled with silky, homemade hazelnut praliné. This is not a demonstration class. It is a true immersion where you learn by doing, guided closely by the Chef.

After the hands-on pastry session, Chef Renaud will lead you on a private tour of his production atelier. This exclusive behind the scenes experience has never been offered before and provides a rare glimpse into the daily craftsmanship of a working French pastry kitchen.

To make this experience even more special, Chef Renaud has prepared a surprise for participants. He will unveil an exclusive variation of the Paris–Brest recipe that you will discover only on the day of the masterclass.
