In this immersive pastry class, you'll learn to craft the perfect gluten-free Pavlova with crisp meringue, soft marshmallowy center, pillowy whipped cream, and jeweled fruit toppings. Alongside your baking experience, you’ll uncover the origin of this dessert, inspired by the legendary ballerina Anna Pavlova, whose name it still carries.
With the expert guiding of Laurence Boris, Founder of Patisserie Mon Amour, you will explore French baking foundations, key vocabulary in French, and the history of the Pavlova. 
On a mission to share her passion of pastry, Laurence will bring her experience from Ateliers des Sens and Ferrandi School of Culinary Arts in Paris to this class.
